McFarlane and Partners (MaP) is a  dynamic bilingua (Spanish) and vibrant boutique law firm based in Jamaica. The MaP team has over 10 years of experience handling a myriad of legal matters including but not limited to civil litigation, real estate law, commercial, contract , probate personal injury, corporate, and family law(this list is not exhaustive).

Our clients consists of a gamut of  individuals from all areas of life ranging from private and public companies, local banks, insurance companies and governmental bodies. We aim to provide efficient and timely advice to our clients on all their needs.  Further, the team at MaP represent clients in litigation at both the Supreme Court and Resident Magistrate’s Courts and dispute resolution via settlements and/or mediation with the aim of having matters resolved amicably.

Our multi-faceted law practice offers  representation to clients in divorces, child support and maintenance, purchase and sale of property ,division of matrimonial property and paternity issues, along with other civil law related matters.
